Expedition 131: Kimberly-Clark Culture Compass

Challenge

With over 40,000 global employees, with offices spread across multiple continents, Kimberly-Clark needed a way to confidently and consistently establish and live their brand truth and culture.

Activation

Leaning into Kimberly-Clark’s Culture Compass we created an activation kit that focused on four major pillars of their internal infrastructure. Across multiple mediums, including wall wraps, super graphics, posters, pop-ups, digital assets and merch, we designed a cohesive system that allowed the entire Kimberly-Clark organization to mix-and-match and build the right message for their individual teams and spaces. We intricately designed over 100 individual elements and then created a catalog layout to introduce the kit and make the elements available across their company.
