Challenge
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts asked us to create a new name and brand for a new global billing solution they could offer across all of their properties.
Discovery
While Wyndham was first interested in creating an identity “outside” of their master brand, after digging into their brand truth and voice, we quickly worked on pivoting to a simple name and identity that was better reflective of who they are.
Activation
While we did explore a variety of more creative and “out of the box” identities, the strategy of keeping language and design close the master brand was decided on. This project was a great lesson on listening to and knowing your brand truth and creating a launch plan and collateral that makes the most impact.
