Challenge
In preparation of opening a new ballpark, the Texas Rangers asked us for a POV and concept that leveraged a slogan the team used during the previous year.
Discovery
The slogan was “soft launched” and used primarily as a hashtag. We found an opportunity to give this hashtag a more branded approach that the Texas Rangers could leverage across the team, front office and fan base.
Activation
We gave #TogetherWe a brand identity. Giving the slogan a logo, look & feel and tagline/manifesto gave us endless opportunities to give a Together We message in stadium, on merch and in broadcast.
Impact
Little did we know as we developed this campaign, the COVID-19 pandemic would greatly impact the 2020 season. Not only do we think that the “Together We” mantra was something that became a rallying cry for the team and the fans during the restrictions of COVID protocols, it is still proudly used as a team slogan and hashtag today.
