Expedition 133: Phoenix Property Co.

Challenge

After hiring GoDo to not only brand their premiere property, The Village Dallas, and many of the hospitality and F&B properties within The Village, PPC hired us to find their Brand Truth and evolve/refresh their corporate brand.

Discovery

Through stakeholder interviews and a complete GoDo Session, we helped the founders find their archetype, create a brand tone and write a manifesto.

Activation

After PPC’s brand archetype and tone were cemented, we evolved their visual identity to better reflect their Brand Truth. We designed a new brand identity complete with a meaningful logo suite and palette that promotes growth while leaning into legacy. Next we designed and created a new site to show off their premiere properties and projects from coast to coast. We were then hired to create a strategy and program for the visual expression their brand within their office and beyond (including phoenix tattoos for the kids and sweet uni’s for their badass intramural softball team).

Impact

PPC was adamant about inclusiveness and transparency and hired us to present the new brand, Brand Truth and our process to their entire organization. Their “brand reveal day” was highlighted with each employee receiving refreshed stationery, collateral and apparel reflective of their exciting brand evolution.
