Challenge
As Intuit QuickBooks was evolving their brand, the only certified Quickbooks training company - Real World Training - reached out to us to help bring their curriculum, advertising efforts and in-person training sessions into the fold.
Discovery
While the overall QuickBooks brand had evolved, we found some new opportunities with design, copy and strategy to speak to the QuickBooks users.
Activation
With strong, to-the-point and authentic messaging that spoke directly to users and their frustrations with the product, we could utilize a medium like direct mail to reach them when they were ready for action. The visual and messaging strategy used to help users take action was continued during and after their in-person training sessions to keep users engaged with ongoing QuickBooks education.
Impact
As our client began to rollout the new direct mail and in-person training strategy, COVID-19 drastically impacted the “in-person, live teacher” aspect of the training. Our visual and messaging strategy was easily and quickly able to pivot to offer online training alternatives.
